Week 11

CT-4005 – Week 11 Progress Report

This is the first week of full Online Lectures, this means that we are all working on the Assignment from home and communicating over Discord.

At the current moment the only blocks we have stopping us working on the assignment, is that in the full game we are creating Iain and I (Oli) are waiting on one of our designers to complete the tile sets we will be using to create the levels. But this isn’t too bad as both Iain and I have been working on the Demo Version. We had been waiting for sprites from Andrew for specific drops / pickups (power-ups).

The current planned activities by next week will be Andrew will still be working on Assets for us to use, Blake will be working on buttons for the menu and the Tile set.

Iain will be refining the Systems used within the Demo game we created and I will be working on the Menu / Character Selection / Settings screens.
